I had THE BEST experience with Christina!! I was a bit nervous because it was my first manicure by a professional in like... a decade, but I had nothing to worry about - she is so sweet, detail-oriented, professional, and truly knows what she's doing! Her passion shines through in every step, and I've never been happier with my nails. Isn't this shape just gorgeous?? They really look like they're growing right out of me :) She completely nailed (heh) the inspo I showed her, and made sure I was happy with every change and detail we added in. I was very comfortable communicating everything I needed to, and the time absolutely flew. You won't regret booking with her! The spa itself is also lovely, and I hope I'll have more time next time to check out their other services 👀

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Purple Stones Family Massage Spa! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and beautifully designed. My massage was incredible—every bit of tension and stress melted away, and the therapist was attentive, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. My facial was just as wonderful! My skin felt deeply cleansed, hydrated, and glowing afterward. The esthetician took the time to understand my skin’s needs and provided excellent care. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and treat yourself, I highly recommend Purple Stones Family Massage Spa. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next visit. Great atmosphere, beautiful spa. Extremely happy with results of the dry pedicure. Had never had one before, will highly recommend. Christina was thorough in her explanation and attention to detail. Very nice mani/pedi room, clean, quiet & private. Found my new place! Thanks Christina for a wonderful experience.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to warn others about my experience at Purple Stones. I was quoted $75 before my appointment began, and I agreed to that price. After my nails were finished, I was told the bill was higher because of a gel upcharge, even though I had clearly stated from the beginning that I wanted gel. I was then told my returning customer discount had been miscalculated, increasing my total even more. A quoted price should be honored. Customers should not be expected to pay more because of an employee's pricing mistake after the service has already been completed. I contacted management to request a refund of the difference, but they refused. I was also told I would be charged a removal fee at my next visit, something that was never disclosed beforehand. Unfortunately, this is not the first pricing issue I've experienced at this salon. If you choose to go here, I strongly recommend getting a written quote and confirming every charge before your service begins so there are no surprises at checkout.

It was great, I booked with Khristina and I had a good experience over all. The room was very clean and private. She did a great job and really paid attention to detail. (Note: they do dry Russian pedicure/ manicures) so keep that in mind, because it was my first time getting one, but I really like the results. It was a very gentle, and calm experience overall. I will be bringing my sisters, and mom here after gifting them a Groupon, for a great deal. Thanks again.
